Why Ring Slings?
Finding a sling or baby carrier that fits correctly and packs down small is hard to do. These adjustable slings (ring slings or "Maya Wraps" as they are commonly called) solve both problems. You can safely use them to snuggle a newborn against your chest, carry a toddler on your hip. You can take the sling off and it doubles as a convenient nursing shawl. With practice many sling users are even able to nurse with the baby still in the sling, as well as use the carrier for quick back carriers (although back carries should never be done in a mesh sling).
These slings also make perfect baby shower presents because one size fits a large range of weights and heights (unlike pouch style slings). If you feel you fall outside a standard weight range we are happy to extend the length of your sling (this typically needs to be done when the wearer is over 215 pounds. We can also make the tails shorter if you are petite wearer.
